These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FAMEIT mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Setus Technology Limited (RC 7221269, Nigeria). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Services Provided
- FAMEIT facilitates payments for airtime, mobile data, electricity, and television subscriptions.
- FAMEIT acts only as a facilitator; service delivery is the responsibility of the relevant providers.
- FAMEIT is not liable for provider delays or errors, but we will assist in dispute resolution where possible.
2. Wallet and Transactions
- Users must maintain a wallet balance within the App to complete transactions.
- All payments and deductions are processed securely through the App.
- Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in their wallet before initiating transactions.
3. Optional Earnings Feature
- Users may choose to activate an earnings feature within the App.
- A one-time participation fee will be deducted directly from the user’s wallet when opting in.
- Earnings opportunities may include completing tasks or participating in referral programs.
- Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on demand, user performance, and other factors.
4. Referral Program
Eligibility
- The referral program is available to registered FAMEIT users with active accounts.
- Each user may share their unique referral code with friends.
Referral Rewards
- When a referred friend opts in to the earnings program by paying the one-time participation fee, the referrer will receive 30% of that fee credited to their wallet.
- Rewards are one-time per referral and cannot be repeated for the same user.
- Rewards are promotional incentives only and not wages, guaranteed income, or investment returns.
Limits and Fair Use
- Referral rewards are subject to limits set by FAMEIT, including maximum referrals per user.
- Abuse of the referral system, including fake accounts, self-referrals, or fraud, may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
Program Changes
- FAMEIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be communicated through the App or official channels.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
- Taxes or fees associated with earnings are the responsibility of the user.
6. Disclaimers
Earnings Disclaimer: FAMEIT does not guarantee income or the availability of tasks.
Technical Disclaimer: While we strive to maintain smooth operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Issues may include outages, bugs, or device compatibility problems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and source code of the App are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the App without prior written consent.
8. Termination
- FAMEIT may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice.
- Users may terminate their account by following instructions provided in the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
